These were huge factors for us in deciding to work with him. This is an extremely overwhelming experience, and you want someone that has been thru it and can guide you thru the journey, while knowing what he's talking about and knowing your needs. We felt the whole time that's what we got and are grateful! Dariusz met us with a plan already in place, and explained everything to us in detail. Even with the bumps in the road along the way we pretty much stuck to the laid out plan. One further thing to add... we came across an issue during our closing, completely at the fault of the other party in our transaction but nevertheless risked us being able to close on time and move in with our waiting rental truck full of all our belongings. The other party and the title company were fine with delaying the closing even with the negative impact on my family. Dariusz was NOT fine with this and took control of the situation even though he did not have to. We were able to get the closing done and my family will always be thankful for that!

Dariusz Chlopecki has worked with close friends of mine to find their home. They were really happy with his service and that made our decision to work with him very easy. Dariusz went above and beyond when it came to negotiating the price and the closing of our new home. The seller wasn't very cooperative and hard to work with but Dariusz made the process a little less stressful for us. I would definitely recommend Dariusz Chlopecki to my family and friends. He was always prepared and ready to solve any problems that came our way. He was also very flexible with his time which was very helpful for us since we're parents to a toddler with an unpredictable schedule, at times.
